Aqua gymnastics
Get your circulation going with aqua gymnastics in the hotel's own swimming pool. The buoyancy of the water is easy on your tendons, joints and back during strength and fitness exercises. At the same time, you strengthen your muscles and cardiovascular system.
For an active start to the week, every Monday from 8:00 - 8:30 a.m. in the swimming pool
